Dear Dragon sailors,
This is an urgent reminder for crews to book hotel accommodation through the Dragon Gold Cup website before the hotels release rooms intended for sailors. The deadline for booking these reserved rooms is May 27. Hotel accommodation in Marstrand is limited and if you did not book rooms when you registered you may end up with nowhere to stay. We do not want this!
With regards to the pandemic we have already changed the cancellation policy in favor of the sailors. We have also waived the registration fee only to apply when we have a green light to go ahead with the regatta. The same goes for hotel bookings meaning no payment is required before June 30. This means you have nothing to lose by making a full registration including a hotel booking.
Have you already registered for the event but not yet booked a room, simply fill in your sailing number (only) under the tab 'Registration' in the form, followed by your preferences under 'Accomodation' and submit your booking on the last page.
The event organization is currently working with the scenario that a decision whether to follow through with the event or not will be taken on May 29. This may change as we move closer to the date.
